Baker Consulting was launched in 1999 by Mary Baker, a professional with more than 25 years of experience in organizational and management development, strategic planning, facilitation, and training program delivery.

Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Ms. Baker held a number of executive positions with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including executive director of the Frist Consulting Center, chief executive officer of Crittenton Services, and corporate employee relations officer of SunTrust Bank. She has also held five interim executive placements for the Center of Nonprofit Management, most recently with the Metropolitan Nashville Arts Commission.

Today, she puts her wealth of knowledge and business perspective to work for forward-thinking clients who value her proven ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies that get results.

Ms. Baker holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Quincy College in Quincy, Illinois, as well as a master’s degree in pastoral ministry from Loyola University of Chicago.
